I happened to be chatting with a rep at my local Key Bank and they said, “You might be interested to know we offer home loans with $0 down.”
I said, “Sure you do, but I’m sure the interest rates are higher.”
And she said, “The rates are close to those being offered on FHA rates, but with NO mortgage insurance.”
How does that sound, ladies and gentlemen? Mortgage insurance can add hundreds of dollars to a home loan with a small down payment, so that’s quite a savings!
