People in Colorado love, love, love their pets so I figure this will be a very popular event - Paws ‘n’ Play is sponsoring the 5th annual Howl-oween in Olde Town Arvada.
On Halloween Day, from 2:00 to 3:00 costumed pets and their people will stroll through Olde Town Arvada, getting tasty, healthy treats from local merchants. At 3:00 everyone will gather in the Square at 57th and ‘old’ Wadsworth for the costume contest judging and a pet tricks contest.
Howl-oween sounds like a really fun event! Sorry I don’t have any pictures of my own yet, but will have some after I attend the event. Hopefully I’ll see you there!
Register at Paws ‘n’ Play, 7403 Grandview Avenue. Advance registration is $8, it’s $10 the day of the event. All fees to benefit local pet charities. Please call Laura or Karen at 303-420-2525 for more info. Or email info@pawsnplay.com.
It’s supposed to be 60 degrees in Arvada on October 31, so get out and enjoy!
And remember – parking is still free in Olde Town Arvada!
