I’ve been writing market reports for various Arvada neighborhoods for a few years now because lots of people seem to like to read them. However, I have trouble being consistent because they’re so boring to write! (Yes, even a Realtor can get bored by this stuff!)
Plus, many neighborhoods don’t have a lot of activity, or no real action as far as foreclosures and short sales go, so every month the report looks almost identical.
So I’ve decided to change up the categories that I base the research on.
When you’re going to buy a house, the first thing you usually do is find out how much house you can afford. Granted, this may require contacting a real estate agent (me?!?!) to find out how much your current home will sell for, and contacting a lender to find out what your payments will be based on today’s incredible interest rates.
But then, you end up with a price range. So I’ve decided to categorize my Arvada homes market reports by price range. You can see the categories I’m going to use below. Clicking on a category will take you to the respective report.
I hope this will be helpful.
When you’re ready for the next step – either listing your current home or looking at homes for sale – give me a call. I have 10 years experience as a full-time real estate agent and I’d love to show you any homes for sale between Denver and Boulder.
Note: these categories do not include attached homes (duplexes, condos, townhomes).

I write posts on real estate issues and local events in the Denver metro area, especially those *communities between Denver and Boulder, as a public service. My hope is to give people an idea of the ‘flavor’ of our community, in case they’re new or moving to the Denver area.
I am a residential real estate agent, happily helping folks buy a house or sell a house in the beautiful and friendly *suburbs northwest of Denver.
